Over six weeks I’ll guide you through a transformative journey, helping you to reconnect with yourself, uncover your inner strength and build the confidence and courage to step forward into your future.
How this works …
This programme includes weekly one-to-one sessions that can be conducted in person (Central Scotland), via Zoom or a mixture of both - based on your preference. Together we will explore your inner world, begin to clear the obstacles holding you back and empower you to move forward with confidence and clarity.
As an experienced holistic therapist, healer and coach, I draw from years of practice to create a nurturing, powerful, and personalised coaching experience. I care deeply about creating balance in our lives and blend different techniques including mindfulness practices, meditation and a deep understanding of how the Law of Attraction really works! Together we will dive into ways to reshape how you see yourself and your potential in the world.

WALK & TALK
LET'S TAKE THIS OUTSIDE!
My two 'paw pals' have been instrumental in improving the wellbeing of both myself and those I work with - dogs have a unique way of tapping into our emotions and it's well documented that spending time in nature, interacting with pets and sharing in authentic compassionate conversation can be transformational for both our physical and emotional wellbeing. The last few years have left so many of us feeling lost and disconnected - SO why not COME OUTSIDE with us and join us for some WALK & TALK ...
Join me and my paw pal Seth, for a truly unique outdoor session - space just for you to talk, walk and plan. Leave the walk with a feeling of having truly been listened to, lots of ideas of how to move forward and an invitation to join our Walk & Talk group to share ideas about how being outside in nature helps our mental wellbeing.
A gentle wander can make an incredible difference if you are suffering with anxiety or depression - this is a walk with a difference - holding space just for you to talk and offload in a safe and nurturing environment - we will explore how different tools including meditation, energy healing and manifestation can help you move forward and how just being in nature can be transformational.
Maybe you are stressed with family or work commitments and need to find a gap for yourself - join me for an outdoor Walk & Talk Session to re-gain some perspective - we will discuss various ways and tools to help maintain some personal space in your life and will include some meditative walking.
